Modern contemporary homes
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Ammapettai · Anthiyur taluk, Erode district
Houses, Mettur-road shops and farm buildings in the town panchayat on the Kaveri — built by a team based a short way down the same river.

Ammapettai is a panchayat town of about thirteen and a half square kilometres on the bank of the Kaveri, with the Erode–Mettur road running through it, in the 638311 PIN code. It gives its name to the Ammapet block, and since 2012 it has been in Anthiyur taluk rather than Bhavani. To be clear, this is Ammapettai in Erode district — not the Ammapettai near Thanjavur, which shares the name and nothing else.
Around six in ten people here work in agriculture, so the house we are asked for usually comes with a shed, a cattle shelter or a water tank, and the plot on the main road is usually a shop with the family living above. We design and build both kinds on one contract, and our Komarapalayam office is on the same river a little downstream.
What we build here
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Showrooms, offices and retail blocks planned for footfall, daylight and a fast fit-out, so the space starts earning from the day it opens.
Factories, warehouses and workshops built around your process — long clear spans, heavy-duty floors and roofs sized for the loads they carry.
Overhead tanks, sumps, treatment plants and pipelines — watertight construction backed by the pressure testing and certification to prove it.
Roads, drains, retaining walls and full site development — the groundwork every other trade stands on, laid to survive a monsoon and the traffic after it.
Local conditions
The town sits right on the Kaveri, and plots towards the river are on alluvial soil with a high water table. That changes the depth and type of foundation, whether a deep sump makes sense, and the plinth height. We test before we design and before we quote.
The Erode–Mettur road is the town's main street, and on a road like this the setback runs from the road boundary, which a widening can move. We check the road line and any widening proposal before the plan is drawn, so the shop front is not the thing that gets cut back later.
Ammapettai moved from Bhavani taluk to the new Anthiyur taluk in 2012. A patta or deed from before then says Bhavani, and the approval form, the encumbrance certificate and the bank's papers have to agree with the current record. We line those up before the file goes to Ammapettai Town Panchayat.
Questions
Ammapettai in Erode district — the town panchayat on the Kaveri and the Erode–Mettur road, in Anthiyur taluk. We do not work in Ammapettai near Thanjavur.
Ammapettai Town Panchayat for a plot inside the town limit, with a DTCP-approved layout where the plot is part of a layout. Villages around the town — Singampettai, Nerinjipettai, Guruvareddiyur — have their own panchayats. We confirm the boundary from your survey number and carry the file.
Yes, and it is cheaper to design and build them together — one set of drawings, one approval file and one mobilisation. The same goes for a sump and overhead tank sized for both the house and the field.
