It changes the foundation design and it changes the price, so we test before we quote rather than after. A quote given without a look at the plot is a guess, and on this soil it is usually a low one.
The powerloom shed is the local building
Komarapalayam and Pallipalayam run on weaving. That means clear-span sheds with the column grid set by loom pitch rather than by what is cheap to build, floors that take vibration all day, and roofs and ventilation sized for the heat a loom hall generates. It is a specific building, and it is not a house with a bigger roof.
Approvals go through Namakkal district, not Erode
The river is a district boundary. A plot on this side is a Komarapalayam municipality file; a plot you can see from it on the far bank is an Erode one, and layouts on either side add a DTCP step. Getting this wrong at the start costs weeks, so we confirm which body holds your plot before any drawing is issued.
