Highway frontage has its own rules
On NH 544 the building line is set back from the highway boundary, access from the carriageway is controlled, and parking has to be inside the plot. A showroom, hostel or mess on the frontage is shaped by those as much as by the plot, so we check the frontage conditions before the plan is drawn.
A hill changes the foundation and the water
On a hill locality rock can sit a metre down on one plot and three metres on the next, and a borewell is often the only supply.
