Modern contemporary homes
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Koneripatti · Sankari taluk, Salem district
A Salem-district village that sits closer to Ammapettai than to Salem — built by a team based on the same side of the river.

Koneripatti is a village in Sankari taluk, Salem district, under the Koneripatti Agraharam gram panchayat. It is on the western edge of the taluk, bordering Ammapet block, about twenty-three kilometres from Sankari and sixty from Salem city.
That geography means a Salem-city builder has a long drive to reach you, while our Komarapalayam base is much closer. We take work here the same way we take it in Sankari or Edappadi — our own supervisor, one contract, one number to call.
What we build here
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Independent villas on your own plot or inside a gated layout, with generous rooms, private outdoor space and finishes chosen to outlast fashion.
Factories, warehouses and workshops built around your process — long clear spans, heavy-duty floors and roofs sized for the loads they carry.
Overhead tanks, sumps, treatment plants and pipelines — watertight construction backed by the pressure testing and certification to prove it.
Local conditions
Koneripatti is Salem district, so the building permission runs through Koneripatti Agraharam panchayat and the Sankari side, not through Bhavani or Ammapettai across the block line. We file it in the right place first time.
Many plots here are carved out of agricultural land. Before building, the layout needs to be approved and the land classification settled, or the house cannot be registered or financed properly. We check that before quoting, not after.
A storage shed, a poultry or cattle shed, or a sump and overhead tank for a farm is built to the same discipline as a house: proper footings, a slab that takes the load, and tanks pressure-tested before handover.
Questions
Yes. Salem city and district are inside our working area, and Koneripatti is closer to our Komarapalayam office than many Salem city sites are.
The village panchayat — Koneripatti Agraharam — within Sankari taluk, with a DTCP-approved layout needed where a plot has been divided out of a larger piece of land. We prepare and carry both files.
Yes. Industrial and farm sheds are one of our eight building types. Tell us what the shed is for and the structure, floor and ventilation are designed for that use.
