Modern contemporary homes
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Anthiyur · Erode district
Houses, shops and farm buildings in the taluk town under the Bargur hills — with the file lodged at the right office and our own supervisor on site.

Anthiyur — Andhiyur as many people write it, Andiyur in the block records — is a panchayat town eighteen kilometres from Bhavani and thirty from Erode, at about 247 metres with the Bargur hills rising behind it and the Anthiyur–Kollegal hill road leaving from it. It has been a taluk headquarters since 22 November 2012, when the taluk was carved out of Bhavani and Gobichettipalayam, and it covers the Anthiyur, Athani, Burgur and Ammapet blocks.
The town earns from betel leaf, cotton, groundnut, sugarcane and cassava, from a Monday weekly market that is one of the largest in the state, and from the horse and cattle fair held with the Sri Gurunatha Swamy temple festival in Aadi. That gives a builder a wide brief: a family house on a small budget, a shop or godown near the market, a school block, a farm house with its own water. We take each of them on one contract.
What we build here
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Showrooms, offices and retail blocks planned for footfall, daylight and a fast fit-out, so the space starts earning from the day it opens.
Independent villas on your own plot or inside a gated layout, with generous rooms, private outdoor space and finishes chosen to outlast fashion.
Schools, colleges, hospitals and public offices — built to code, to the academic or clinical calendar, and to take daily crowds for decades.
Overhead tanks, sumps, treatment plants and pipelines — watertight construction backed by the pressure testing and certification to prove it.
Roads, drains, retaining walls and full site development — the groundwork every other trade stands on, laid to survive a monsoon and the traffic after it.
Local conditions
Anthiyur has had its own taluk office only since late 2012. A patta or a sale deed from before that reads Bhavani or Gobichettipalayam taluk, and the approval form, the encumbrance certificate and the bank paperwork all have to agree with the current record. We check that before filing, because a mismatch is the commonest reason a file comes back.
The panchayat town is compact, a little over three square kilometres, and much of what people call Anthiyur is actually Chinnathambipalayam, Nagalur or another village panchayat around it. Inside the limit the plan goes to Anthiyur Town Panchayat; outside it goes to the village panchayat, with a DTCP layout where the plot has been divided out. We confirm which from the survey number before drawing.
The Monday market and the Aadi fair bring tens of thousands of people into a small town. A shop, a lodge or a shop-with-house on the market side needs a frontage that clears when the street is full, parking that does not spill onto the road, and a structure planned for a floor to be added later. We design the ground-floor columns for the shop and the upper floors for the house in one drawing.
The country under the Bargur hills is one of the wetter parts of Erode district, and a plot on the slope towards the Kollegal road takes water running off the hill in a heavy spell. The plinth level, the compound-wall drainage and where the sump sits are set from the plot levels and the way the water runs, not from a standard drawing.
Questions
Yes. Anthiyur is the town panchayat and census spelling, Andiyur is how the block is written in the rural records, and Andhiyur is how most people write it. It is the same taluk town in Erode district, and we build there.
Inside the town limit, Anthiyur Town Panchayat. Outside it, the village panchayat the plot belongs to, with a DTCP-approved layout where the plot is part of a layout. We prepare the drawings, lodge the file in the right place first time and carry the inspections.
Both. Most of our work in Anthiyur is an individual family house designed to the plot and the budget, with the approval handled and our own supervisor on site at every structural stage. We also build shops, godowns, rental blocks and school buildings.
Our office is in Komarapalayam, on the far side of Bhavani; Anthiyur is eighteen kilometres beyond Bhavani on the same road. That is inside our regular working area, and site visits are planned around footing, column and slab rather than a fixed weekday.
