Modern contemporary homes
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Brammadesam · Anthiyur taluk, Erode district
Houses and farm buildings in one of the largest villages in Anthiyur taluk — written three ways in the records, built one way by us.

Brammadesam — Bramadesam on the gram panchayat, Brahmadesam on Wikipedia — is a village of about sixteen square kilometres in Anthiyur block, a few kilometres south of Anthiyur town, nineteen from Bhavani and about forty-two from Erode. With close to 12,800 people in some 3,700 households at the 2011 census it is one of the largest villages in the taluk, bigger than several of the district's town panchayats, yet it is still governed as a village panchayat. Tamil Nadu has other Brahmadesams, near Tindivanam among them; this page is about the one near Anthiyur.
A village this size has a village's plots and a town's needs. We are asked for a family house on a small budget, a villa on a newer layout, a shop on the road through the village, and the shed and water tank that go with a farm — and we take each of those on one contract, drawings to handover.
What we build here
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Independent villas on your own plot or inside a gated layout, with generous rooms, private outdoor space and finishes chosen to outlast fashion.
Factories, warehouses and workshops built around your process — long clear spans, heavy-duty floors and roofs sized for the loads they carry.
Overhead tanks, sumps, treatment plants and pipelines — watertight construction backed by the pressure testing and certification to prove it.
Showrooms, offices and retail blocks planned for footfall, daylight and a fast fit-out, so the space starts earning from the day it opens.
Local conditions
The panchayat writes Bramadesam, the census Brammadesam, and deeds and pattas may carry either or Brahmadesam. The approval application, the patta and the loan papers have to use the name exactly as each office records it, so we check the spelling on every document before the file goes in rather than after it comes back.
Nearly thirteen thousand people live here, but the building permission still runs through the Bramadesam gram panchayat, not a town panchayat, and a plot carved out of farmland needs a DTCP-approved layout behind it. The file is simpler than a town one when it is prepared properly, and we prepare it properly.
As Anthiyur grows southwards, plots here are being cut out of agricultural land. Before building, the layout approval and the land classification need to be in order, or registration and a home loan get difficult. We check that on the first visit, before you commit.
Questions
Yes. Bramadesam is the gram panchayat spelling, Brammadesam the census one, and Brahmadesam the Sanskrit form used on Wikipedia. It is the same large village a few kilometres south of Anthiyur, and we build there.
The Bramadesam gram panchayat, within Anthiyur taluk, with a DTCP-approved layout where the plot is part of a new layout. We prepare the drawings and carry the file.
Yes. Commercial buildings and farm or storage sheds are two of our eight types, and in a village this size both come up often. Tell us what the building is for and it is designed for that use, on the same contract as the house if you want.
