Commercial
Showrooms, offices and retail blocks planned for footfall, daylight and a fast fit-out, so the space starts earning from the day it opens.
Chithode · Erode taluk, Erode district
Showrooms, godowns and houses at the junction where the Sathy road meets the national highway — built around the traffic, for a town that is half Erode suburb and half weaving village.

Chithode — Chitode or Chittode in the postal records, PIN 638102 — is a town panchayat of fifteen wards in Erode taluk, about eight kilometres from Erode bus stand on the Erode–Sathy Main Road, at the point where that road meets National Highway 544. Bhavani is a few kilometres further up the highway, so Chithode sits between the two towns and between the two offices that matter to a builder: Erode Corporation and Bhavani Municipality, with its own town panchayat in the middle.
The 2011 census counted eight and a half thousand people, many of them weavers and farmers. The Government College of Engineering, Erode, is here, and so is an Aavin milk processing unit. That mix gives us two kinds of job: commercial — showrooms, godowns and workshops on the highway and the Sathy road — and residential — a family house on a small budget, a rental block for college staff and students, a loom shed behind the house. We build both on one contract.
What we build here
Showrooms, offices and retail blocks planned for footfall, daylight and a fast fit-out, so the space starts earning from the day it opens.
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Factories, warehouses and workshops built around your process — long clear spans, heavy-duty floors and roofs sized for the loads they carry.
Apartment blocks and mixed-use towers taken up floor by floor, with the structural design, services routing and lift cores planned from day one.
Schools, colleges, hospitals and public offices — built to code, to the academic or clinical calendar, and to take daily crowds for decades.
Local conditions
Because Chithode reads like an Erode suburb, people assume the plan goes to the corporation. It goes to Chithode Town Panchayat, with the panchayat's own setbacks and fees, and plots just outside the town limit go to a village panchayat. We confirm the limit from your survey number before drawing, so the file is lodged once.
A plot at the junction can have NH 544 on one side and the state Sathy road on another, each with its own building line, access rule and widening plan. For a showroom or godown on the frontage we check both lines before the building line is set, so the frontage is not the part that gets cut back later.
The Sathy road carries lorries to Sathyamangalam and the highway carries everything between Salem and Coimbatore. Material has to be stacked inside the plot, deliveries timed off-peak and the frontage barricaded while work is at height. It is slower than an open village plot and we plan and price it honestly as such.
Questions
Yes — one town, three spellings. The town panchayat and Wikipedia write Chithode, India Post writes Chittode, and many people write Chitode. It is the town panchayat in Erode taluk at the Sathy road and NH 544 junction, and we build there.
Yes. Commercial and industrial buildings are two of our eight types. We check the highway and Sathy-road building lines and the access rules before the plan is drawn, and design the frontage and parking around them.
Yes, more of those than anything else. A compact house designed for the plot and the budget, or a house with a rental portion for college staff and students. We do not publish a rate; we visit, draw and give a written estimate with the specification.
