Periyapuliyur is a large village in Bhavani taluk, about seven kilometres from Bhavani and twelve from Erode. That position is exactly why people build here: close enough to both towns to work in either, with plots that are larger and more affordable than in either.
So most of what we build here is a custom family home, and increasingly a house with a rental portion or a villa on a plot in a newer layout. It is also one of the closest villages to our Komarapalayam office, which means frequent supervision is easy.

As Bhavani and Erode spread outwards, new layouts appear on former farmland. A plot in an unapproved layout can be difficult to get a building approval, a loan or a clean registration for. We check DTCP layout approval before you commit, if you ask us early enough.
A village panchayat approval route
Periyapuliyur is a village, so the building permission goes through the village panchayat, not Bhavani municipality or Erode corporation. The file is simpler than a city one, and we prepare it properly so it moves quickly.
Layout roads and compound walls come first
In a new layout the road in front of your plot may still be earth. A compound wall, a gate and a hard approach mean materials can be delivered in the rain, and the finished house is not surrounded by mud.
