Modern contemporary homes
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Athani · Anthiyur taluk, Erode district
Houses and shops in a river-bank market town between Anthiyur and Gobichettipalayam — with the plot tested before the foundation is drawn.

Athani — sometimes written Atthani — is a first-grade town panchayat in Anthiyur taluk, in the 638502 PIN code, on the north bank of the Bhavani river. Two bridges cross to Savandapur on the far side, and the road from Anthiyur to Gobichettipalayam and Sathyamangalam runs through the town, which is what makes it a market junction. Nearly three-quarters of the people here work in agriculture.
That gives us two kinds of job in one small town. On the bridge road it is a shop, a lodge or a shop-with-house that has to work beside through traffic. Off the road and towards the river it is a family house on softer ground, where the foundation has to be designed from the plot rather than from a catalogue. We treat them that way from the first visit.
What we build here
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Showrooms, offices and retail blocks planned for footfall, daylight and a fast fit-out, so the space starts earning from the day it opens.
Overhead tanks, sumps, treatment plants and pipelines — watertight construction backed by the pressure testing and certification to prove it.
Independent villas on your own plot or inside a gated layout, with generous rooms, private outdoor space and finishes chosen to outlast fashion.
Local conditions
Plots on the Athani side of the Bhavani sit on alluvial ground with water not far below it. That decides how deep we dig, whether a deep sump is sensible, how the plinth is waterproofed and how high above the worst monsoon the floor should sit. We test the plot before we quote, because on this ground a phone quote is usually a low one.
Athani is Anthiyur taluk and the file goes to Athani Town Panchayat. Savandapur, a few hundred metres away over the bridge, is Gobichettipalayam taluk with its own panchayat. A plot described as "near Athani" can be on either bank, so we confirm the survey number and the local body before any drawing is issued.
The Anthiyur–Gobichettipalayam road carries the market traffic, so a commercial frontage here needs its setback checked against the road boundary, its parking off the carriageway, and a column grid that gives the shop an open front while the house above gets its own stair. Material has to be stacked off the road and pours timed away from market hours.
Questions
Yes — the name is written both ways. It is the town panchayat in Anthiyur taluk on the Bhavani river, across from Savandapur, and we build there.
Yes, when the ground is tested and the plinth is set high enough. The water table near the bank is high and the soil varies, so the foundation and waterproofing are designed from a soil test, and we tell you what that does to the cost before you commit.
Yes. Shops, offices and shop-with-house buildings on the bridge road are one of our eight types, and a small family house on a tight budget is the other thing we build here every week. Both get the same drawings, approval and supervision.
