Moonru Road · Bhavani–Mettur main road
Shops, commercial frontages and houses at the three-road junction on the Mettur main road — built around the traffic, not in spite of it.

Moonru Road — also written Moonroad or Moonu Road — is the junction locality on the Mettur main road out of Bhavani, in the 638311 PIN area. A junction is where the shops go, and most of what gets built here is a frontage: a shop or office on the ground floor, often with the owner's family living above.
That is a commercial building and a house in one structure, with a main road in front of it. We design and build both halves together, and we plan the site so that a busy road keeps moving while we work.
What we build here
Showrooms, offices and retail blocks planned for footfall, daylight and a fast fit-out, so the space starts earning from the day it opens.
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Apartment blocks and mixed-use towers taken up floor by floor, with the structural design, services routing and lift cores planned from day one.
Roads, drains, retaining walls and full site development — the groundwork every other trade stands on, laid to survive a monsoon and the traffic after it.
Local conditions
On a main road the setback is measured from the road boundary, and a road that is due to be widened can move that boundary. We check the setback and any widening line before the plan is drawn, so the shop front is not the thing that gets cut back later.
A ground-floor shop wants a wide column-free front and a tall ceiling; the house above wants rooms and a separate stair. Planning the columns so both work is a structural decision on day one, not something to solve when the first slab is already cast.
Material has to be stacked off the carriageway, deliveries timed away from peak hours, and the frontage barricaded while the work is at height. It is slower than an open plot and we price it honestly as such.
Questions
Yes — it is the same junction locality on the Bhavani–Mettur main road, written several ways. We build there and in the villages along that road towards Ammapettai.
Yes, and it is one of the most common buildings on a junction like this. Both floors are designed together so the shop gets its open frontage and the house gets its own access.
Yes. We check the setback and the road boundary, prepare the drawings, file the approval and carry the inspections, and tell you where the file sits each week.
