Modern contemporary homes
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Veerakkalpudur · Mettur taluk, Salem district
Family houses and farm buildings in a town panchayat eleven kilometres from Mettur on the Nangavalli road — with our own supervisor making the trip.

Veerakkalpudur is a town panchayat in Mettur taluk, Salem district, in the 636404 PIN code, about eleven kilometres from Mettur along the road to Nangavalli and five kilometres from Mettur Dam railway station. It had about sixteen and a half thousand people in the 2011 census, most of them working in agriculture, spread over fifteen wards and thirteen square kilometres.
That makes it a town on paper and farming country on the ground, and the building work follows: a family house on land the family has held for a long time, often with a shed, a cattle shelter or a borewell and tank beside it, and the occasional shop on the main road. We take all of that on one contract rather than three.
What we build here
Clean lines, open plans and honest light — homes designed around how you actually live, in materials that still look new years after handover.
Independent villas on your own plot or inside a gated layout, with generous rooms, private outdoor space and finishes chosen to outlast fashion.
Factories, warehouses and workshops built around your process — long clear spans, heavy-duty floors and roofs sized for the loads they carry.
Overhead tanks, sumps, treatment plants and pipelines — watertight construction backed by the pressure testing and certification to prove it.
Showrooms, offices and retail blocks planned for footfall, daylight and a fast fit-out, so the space starts earning from the day it opens.
Local conditions
Veerakkalpudur is a town panchayat, so the plan goes to the Veerakkalpudur Town Panchayat and not to a village panchayat or to Mettur Municipality, even for a plot that looks and feels like a farm. A plot divided out of a larger piece of land also needs a DTCP-approved layout behind it. We check both against your survey number before drawing.
Many plots here still carry an agricultural classification, a patta in an older name or a survey number that has been sub-divided. None of that stops a house, but each one has to be settled before plan approval or the bank loan stalls at the end. We tell you which ones apply on the first visit.
Away from the town supply a house runs on a borewell, a sump and an overhead tank, and on a farm the tank often serves the field too. Tank size, pump head and the overflow route are part of the house design, and every tank we build is pressure-tested before handover.
Questions
Both. Veerakkalpudur is on the Mettur–Nangavalli road inside our working area, and the site gets our own supervisor at every structural stage, the same as a job in Mettur or Komarapalayam.
Yes. It is cheaper to design and build them together — one set of drawings, one mobilisation and one approval file — than to come back for the shed a year later.
Yes. A shop on the main road, or a shop with the family living above it, is one of our eight building types, and it goes on the same contract as a house.
